What is the shipping time for domestic and international orders?
Orders within the Netherlands are typically delivered within 1-2 business days. For international orders within Europe, please allow 3-5 business days, while worldwide shipping can take up to 10 business days depending on your location.
How can I return an item if it doesn't fit?
We offer a 14-day return policy from the day you receive your order. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached. You can initiate a return through our online portal to receive a shipping label.
Which payment methods do you accept?
